Radempcha is a barren, isolated, lifeless planet located in the outskirts of the Federation boarder. Due to its position in a thick Nebula, the planet is scarcely visited and has been declared unsuitable for life even though it can it. This planet serves as the exile for criminals and fugitives. Admiral Sarah Dunn fled to this wasteland after her defeat in Episode XII.
