Built in the top secret fasilites of Sector 56 in 3320 the Jartin is a symbal of the Federation's capablies in stratigic defence. At a cost of over 9.5 trillion credits, the Jartin carries the most advanced defence equiment in space. Its firepower is capable of destroying any type of vessel as well as small planets. Its computer is a self-aware nural net processor, capable of carrying out almost 116 billion commands at once.

After her completion the ship caused almost immedate trouble. The advanced ship caught the attention of the Trilon Confederacy which aventually led to the outbreak of the Second Trilon War in 3321. Two years later it rammed the Weddington during its sea trials.

In 3324 the ship was put into reserve until 3331 when it was brought out of mothballs and placed under the command of Captain Josh Marvin. Afterward it flew for a prefect operational record. Then in 3332 the Federation discovered that Josh had secretly allowed the Quantium Domination to study and examin the ship. Congress immedately ordered the termination of the Jartin Project. The ship was perminanty grounded and ordered to be destroyed. But in January of 3333 the Jartin vanished. It has not been seen since.
